Raise3D Technologies is looking for an 3D Printing Technician I who possesses strong customer services skills, sound technical skills, integrity and passion to our growing network of customers, resellers and distributors. We are looking for a skilled individual who is passionate about 3D printing to join our team in our Technical Support department. This is an hourly position of 8 hour shifts during weekdays (Monday-Friday). Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide our customers with outstanding technical support in relates to the life-cycle of our industrial grade 3D printers, take ownership to provide an exceptional overall customer experience resulting in first contact resolution, optimized average response time, maximized customer satisfaction, as well as increase service revenue.
• Provide support in terms of product problem solving, product development activities, and protocol development
• Interface with customers at company trade shows and other events as needed.
• Provide on and off-site training to educators, business professionals and consumers with the printer operation and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions for a variety of print materials.
• Diagnose and perform repair work on customer returned printers.
• Work directly with shipping department in expediting customer support orders and repairs.
• Be part of a team of support professionals, support each other in knowledge sharing and transferring, fulfill documentation and reporting requirements.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability and desire to expand responsibilities.

Experience and Skills:

• 3D Printing experience preferred
• Technical & customer support experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent phone skills
• Excellent mechanical and trouble-shooting skills
• Multitasker and self-starter
• Works well in team environment
