Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter

Location : Scottsdale, Arizona

About Us : We are a full-service managed outsourcing partner to the hospitality industry where resorts, hotels, country clubs, stadiums, etc., hire us for housekeeping and total facilities maintenance.We are growing every day and the potential for growth is unlimited.With over 30 years of expertise, we provide housekeeping and stewarding services to resorts, country clubs, stadiums as well as other venues and business properties.

About the Position : We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience using Paycor or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and streamline the hiring process.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the company.
  • Utilize Paycor and other ATS tools to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Coordinate and attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in Paycor and ATS.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and requirements for new positions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Proficiency in using Paycor and other ATS tools.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills: oral, written, presentation.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
