Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to join our team and lead the charge in expanding our presence and service offerings. As an industry leader in professional services, we provide vital support to various Federal Government agencies through a diverse range of services, including survey research, data collection, analysis, instructional design, eLearning development, communications, call center operations, and IT solutions.

The CGO will play a crucial role in driving growth initiatives and collaborating closely with the CEO and the executive team to identify and pursue new opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Business Development: Manage and inspire a dedicated team focused on business development and proposal management, while also engaging in personal business development activities from identifying deals to proposal submission.
Growth Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with our goals and objectives.
Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify and pursue promising business opportunities.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on growth performance to the executive team, ensuring everyone is aligned with our progress.
Advisory Role: Collaborate with the executive team to set enterprise booking targets and develop effective strategies for achieving them.
Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture strategic relationships with industry partners to enhance our growth potential.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of executive-level experience in business growth.
Proven success in identifying and winning new business opportunities that generate revenue.
Strong leadership and strategic decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Ability to clearly articulate the unique aspects of our products and services.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiation, and presentation expertise.
