Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
The Elevator Pitch:
Are you a Digital Marketing expert who is eager to take the next step in owning the overall paid and organic strategy, including SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SEO (Search Engine Optimization)?
If you’ve been in a Digital Marketing or Demand Generation role for the past 3-5 years and are looking to take the next step in owning the strategy, then this role may be for you! We’re searching for a Digital Marketing Manager who is data-driven, a go-getter, and biased towards action to join the Marketing team and make immediate impact. This role will report into the Brand and Communications team and be responsible for developing and managing a digital media strategy focused on traffic acquisition and brand awareness.
Success in the Role: What are performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
In the first 30 days, you will:
· Participate in EvolvED, the new hire orientation, to understand company culture, processes, and expectations.
· Meet with team members, cross-functional stakeholders, and our digital agency, laying the groundwork for future collaboration and communication.
· Analyze past and current campaigns and form an opinion on how to best attract and convert new accounts.
Within 3 to 6 months, you will:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive paid and SEO strategy to attract and convert accounts within key verticals through paid advertising, SEM, and third parties.
· Regularly report out on KPIs, including leads acquired, accounts engaged, conversion rates, and forecasts.
· Support our Campaigns Manager and Field Marketing team to achieve lead generation and account engagement goals.
· Support our Brand team in management and analytics of corporate website.
By the end of the first year, you will:
· Develop proven playbooks to engage and convert new accounts across our targeted lists and key verticals.
· Continuously test and analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize for results.
· Manage and regularly report on budget and ROI.

Marketing Expertise:
· Strong foundational knowledge in digital marketing strategies and tactics, including email, display, SEO/ SEM, third party, and social.
· Proven experience planning and executing paid B2B campaigns for small organizations up to large enterprises.
Reporting Skills:
· Ability to pull, analyze, and report on campaign performance and Marketing KPIs.
· Willingness and competency in adapting and adjusting reporting along with changing business priorities.
Attention to Detail:
· Plan, execute, and analyze campaign tactics expertly.
· Have a creative eye for testing and optimizing channels, messaging, and campaign tactics regularly.
· Manage and report on budget and ROI meticulously.
Team Engagement:
· Collaborate closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams and stakeholders to produce content, plan and execute campaigns, and optimize conversion rates.
· Regularly report on KPIs, including leads generated, accounts engaged, and conversions into meetings and pipeline generated.

This role reports to the Senior Director, Brand and Strategic Programs on the Marketing team. We are a data-driven team that is biased towards action and inspired by each other’s creativity, team mindset, and willingness to test, learn, and iterate quickly!
Where is the role located?
This role is based out of the HQ in Waltham, Massachusetts with some flexibility in being remote some days.
What is the salary range?
The base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000 – $120,000, + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
