  • BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit
  • Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218)

  • Powers to Arrest Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Armed Protection : Secure high-profile individuals and properties by responsibly carrying and utilizing a concealed firearm in compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Maintain readiness through regular firearms training and qualification.
  • Threat Assessment and Mitigation : Conduct ongoing risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats, implementing proactive security measures to mitigate risks effectively.
  • Advance Work : Perform thorough site reconnaissance, route planning, and logistics coordination to ensure safe and seamless transitions between locations.
  • Surveillance and Monitoring : Be constantly vigilant by monitoring your surroundings for suspicious activities, identifying risks, and taking preemptive action to ensure security.
  • Emergency Response : React swiftly and professionally to security breaches, medical emergencies, or active threats, maintaining composure and tactical effectiveness under pressure.
  • Emergency Response Coordination : Act decisively in high-pressure situations, using tactical skills to evade threats and safely evacuate clients and/or assets.
  • Manage and Support Security Operations : This position oversees on-site security needs, secures travel routes, and ensures protection during events or in high-risk locations.
  • Collaborate with Law Enforcement : Serve as a direct point of contact for local authorities, ensuring a coordinated and effective response during complex scenarios or emergencies.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion : Uphold the highest standards of privacy and professionalism when handling sensitive information and interacting with high-profile clients, ensuring their privacy at all times.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with other security personnel, law enforcement, and operational teams to provide seamless and comprehensive security coverage.

  Required Qualifications:

  • Experience : Minimum of 6 years in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or personal security roles.
  • Certifications :
    • ` BSIS Guard Card
    • BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit
    • Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218)
    • Appropriate Use of Force or Weapons of Mass Destruction Certification
    • Powers to Arrest Certification
    • First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification for Adults, Children, and Infants
  • Advanced Certifications : Preferred certifications in executive protection, tactical firearms training, and defensive driving.
  • Risk and Threat Management : Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, threat mitigation, defensive tactics, and situational awareness to proactively identify and mitigate risks.
  • Conflict Resolution and De-escalation : Proven proficiency in conflict resolution, de-escalation techniques, and emergency response, with a strong emphasis on emotional intelligence and maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Physical and Mental Readiness : High physical fitness, mental resilience, and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for transparent reporting and effective interaction with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Communicate accurately, concisely, and professionally in all interactions and documentation.

  • Advanced Training : Proficiency in advanced work, defensive driving, and emergency medical response, including certifications such as Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) or Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) for handling on-site medical emergencies.
