DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to be the primary support for our franchise owners.
As an FBC, you'll begin by mastering operations through comprehensive cafe management training, including managing a cafe for 4-6 months. Once proficient, you'll collaborate with senior FBCs to enhance franchisee performance and profitability. Your role will involve coaching, training, and implementing strategic operations and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth. You'll ensure adherence to brand standards, develop action plans, and recommend solutions based on best practices for optimal results. Traveling up to 30% of the time, you'll support cafe openings and provide on-site assistance to current locations.
A successful FBC will leverage operational expertise and business development experience to elevate franchisee performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Operational Excellence:
Proven track record in achieving operational goals and maximizing revenue in food service or hospitality.
Strong understanding of financial metrics and P&L statements.
Skilled in setting expectations, measuring effectiveness, and enforcing quality standards.
Excellent time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
Solution-oriented with a knack for embracing and implementing new technologies.

REQUIREMENTS
2+ years in leadership, field support, franchise consulting, or related roles.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
Management experience in the food industry preferred.
