Rate: $23 - 25 per hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our HR and Recruiting team as an intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and recruiting while contributing to projects that have a real impact on the company. Over the course of four months, you will rotate through our HR and Recruiting departments with a mentor, work closely with department heads, and participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop your skills and career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on various platforms, reviewing applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and preparing HR reports as needed.
  • Assist in organizing employee events to promote a positive work environment.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, contributing ideas and feedback to improve HR processes.
  • Rotational Experience: You will rotate through the HR and Recruiting departments, gaining exposure to different functions and collaborating with department heads.
  • Project Work: You will select and work on a project that aligns with your interests, such as developing an Employee Recognition Program, creating an HR Metrics Dashboard, or enhancing the New Hire Experience.
  • Collaboration: You will collaborate with various teams across the company, building your network and learning from multiple perspectives.
  • Feedback and Development: You will receive regular feedback on your work and participate in career development sessions, including resume building and interview preparation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
