Many of the tasks you will learn will include:

• Assist Client HR Managers with regular tasks for our outsourced clients.
• Navigate and administer different HRIS's.
• Understand recruiting needs and develop attractive job postings.
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System for efficient recruiting processes.
• Audit timecards and ensure data is ready to go for client payrolls.
• Help develop client-specific policies that fit their culture and provide compliant work environments.
• Learn how to administer benefits and make changes for employees.
• Understand how People Operations connect with strategic business needs.
