What You'll Do:
Industry Expertise:
Act as the go-to expert on laundry manufacturing processes, supply chain strategies, and tariff regulations.
Stay ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide top-notch guidance and solutions.
Market Research:
Dive deep into clients' specific needs, challenges, and objectives within the laundry industry.
Assess manufacturing operations, supply chain workflows, and tariff management to identify areas for improvement.
Process Optimization:
Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline production workflows, reduce waste, and elevate productivity.
Supply Chain Management:
Evaluate and refine supply chain processes including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and distribution.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory management, reduce lead times, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
Tariff Compliance:
Guide clients through tariff regulations, including import/export duties, trade agreements, and customs procedures.
Provide expert advice on tariff classification, valuation, and documentation requirements.
Cost Reduction Initiatives:
Discover and implement cost-saving opportunities across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers, optimize inventory levels, and minimize tariff-related costs.
Risk Management:
Identify and address potential risks in operations such as supply chain disruptions and regulatory challenges.
Develop and execute strategies to mitigate risks and ensure business continuity.
Project Management:
Lead consulting projects from start to finish, managing timelines, deliverables, and resources efficiently.
Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients to keep them informed and address any concerns.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in product management within the laundry industry, with a strong grasp of production processes and technologies.
Skills:
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
