ResponsibilitiesJOB SUMMARY
A Long-term care (LTC) pharmacy technician works with licensed pharmacists to provide pharmacy services to LTC. This includes stocking emergency boxes, answering questions from customers, maintaining various forms required by state law and the removal of expired medications from serviced facilities. Travel to facilities is required to do physical counts of emergency boxes and expired drug reviews. Hours will vary as patient care is the first priority.
