Role Description: We are seeking a full-time Office Manager to join one of our locations in the Greater Phoenix area. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, providing outstanding customer service, and ensuring the seamless operation of the dental practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office
• Manage administrative tasks and staff schedules
• Provide excellent customer service to patients
• Ensure compliance with dental practice policies and procedures
• Support the dental team in delivering high-quality patient care
• Handle billing, insurance, and patient records efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Dental Office Management
• Minimum of 5 years in the dental industry
• Minimum of 2 years in an Office Manager role
• Strong interpersonal skills with both team members and patients
• In-depth understanding of all aspects of dental practice operations
