Renaissance Hotel GM - Travel Task Force job at The Hotel Task Force Orlando, FL, US

Job Description

Must be experienced Full Service Westin or Renaissance General Manager. Should also have Food and Beverage experience.

Pay is $100,000 Annualized. 4 to 8 week Travel Taskjforce rotation.

FS PMS Experience.

Responsibilities

Leads and manages the entire Hotel
Will manage AGM and Executive Team.
Multiple Food and Beverage Outlets
Motivates and leads all employees
Ensures smooth, efficient and professional operation of all front office operations and Rooms Division.
Ensures all capital projects are completed on time and under budget
Responsible for property guest service score and financials
Owns any guest requests and problems and satisfies their needs within acceptable guidelines.
Leads by example: Provides a gracious and aggressive hospitality towards all customers

3 Years As AGM or GM of Full Service Hotel Experience
Must have Food and Beverage Experience
Marriott Experience =
