Job Title: Environmental, Safety Manager

Location: Greater North Texas (Dallas-Based)

About Us:

Red River Safety Solutions provides expert Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental consulting for the Petroleum, Construction, and Transportation industries. We are seeking experienced EHS Advisors to ensure our clients' projects comply with safety regulations and best practices.

Job Summary:

The EHS Advisor will manage safety protocols and procedures, conduct audits, develop safety plans, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulations. The ideal candidate has experience in safety management, SWPPP/erosion control, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain safety programs and policies
• Provide Occupational Health and Safety training
• Conduct safety audits and SWPPP/Erosion control inspections
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Investigate incidents, report root causes, and suggest prevention measures
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations
• Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into operations
• Stay updated on safety trends and advancements

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• BCSP Certification
• SWPPP audit experience
• 2+ years of safety management experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or Construction
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel

Requirements:

• Local to the DFW area
• Willingness to travel across North Texas
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management systems
