About the job:

The Salesforce administrator is responsible for configuring, customizing, and enhancing the functionality and user experience of Salesforce platform. You will:

• Configure, customize, and maintain our Salesforce to optimize efficiency and usability.
• Collaborate with Marketing team to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the sales cycle.
• Propose and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Analyze sales data and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
• Provide daily support to the sales team, troubleshoot issues, assist in onboarding new sales team members, and offer ongoing training.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer success, to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving company goals.

Our ideal candidate:

• You have Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification.
• You have proven Salesforce support and training experience.
• You have 5+ years of Salesforce experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• You have a strong attention to detail, data organization skills, and pattern recognition.
• You are detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• You are able to be in office at least once a month.
