Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and enhancing user interfaces for our Mobile App, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both UI and UX design, as well as best practices around human-centered design, such as “jobs to be done,” persona development, empathic user journeys, and friction versus joy.

Requirements

1. User Journey and Experience Design:

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to illustrate design concepts and workflows.

2. User Interface Design:

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Develop high-fidelity design mockups and prototypes that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

3. User Feedback & Usability Testing:

• Facilitate focus groups to test and observe interaction with the product.
• Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze user feedback and make data-driven design decisions to enhance overall user experience.

4. Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Implement innovative design solutions to enhance the overall quality of our digital products.
