Blue Ginger Sushi Bar is looking for the following requirements, line cook, prep cook, and sushi roller ability to read and follow recipes in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation of sushi food items and ensures great food presentation
• Ensure proper food storage and monitor quality of ingredients
• Assist with preparation as needed
• Ability to stock and retrieve all necessary food items and supplies
• Ability to follow recipe cards and execute in a timely manner
• Ability to set-up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment

Qualifications:

• Previous sushi experience preferred
• Basic food preparation knowledge and line work experience preferred
• Excellent communication and adaptation skills
• Hotline experience
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
