Southern Glazer's offers a competitive compensation package with an annual compensation of $85,000-$95,000 per year plus incentives.  In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview

Support the identification of reporting requirements and develop Tableau reports and dashboards for respective functional areas.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work with the Tableau Center of Excellence and functional teams to deliver quality deliverables on time and within budget
• Support and document business requirements for Tableau projects and translate into analytical and technical specifications as needed
• Develop Tableau visualizations to support ad-hoc data analysis requests
• Prototype and build modern BI & Analytics solutions using Tableau
• Execute test plans and perform QA to assure the functionality and data integrity of reporting and dashboard solutions
• Build and maintain relationships, sharing best practices with the SGWS Tableau user base, and providing specific support when required
• Conduct research to identify new solutions, leading frameworks, and best practices in support of delivering a Tableau project
• Knowledge of Data Sources
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and three years of experience or equivalent education and related experience
• Experience in publishing dashboards required
• Experience in data preparation, blending, discovery and visualization using modern BI & Analytics tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, analytical/problem solving, problem management, presentation development, presentation, and communications skills

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or mobile device
• Physical demands with activity or condition may occasionally include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and stooping
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 20lb
