We are now hiring a full-time salaried Technical Recruiter to join our team at our corporate HQs in Indianapolis, IN. 

Technical Recruiter | About You  

As a Technical Recruiter, you are responsible for attracting exceptional talent that drives our innovative solutions in data management, integration, business intelligence, and analytics. Your proactive approach and commitment to fostering positive candidate experiences make you an invaluable member of our recruitment team. 

Technical Recruiter | Day-to-Day  

• Manage entire recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals, to build a robust pipeline and qualified candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to gain a solid understanding of their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Foster positive candidate interactions by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to enhance recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
• Review recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Technical Recruiter | Skills & Experience  

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within consulting or technology sectors. 
• Expertise in industry-leading recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, SeekOut) and search techniques (Boolean Search, Reverse Search).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment. 
• Strong understanding of data, AI, and related technologies to effectively assess candidates' qualifications is highly preferred.
