About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Training Coordinator to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll manage multiple projects and events in a deadlinedriven environment. If youre passionate about program coordination and administrative work and have a knack for time management we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Manage multiple projects and events in a deadlinedriven environment.

• Provide strong organizational and administrative support with excellent attention to detail.

• Adjust to multiple and changing priorities with strong time management skills.

• Take ownership and accountability for professional responsibilities.

What You Bring:

• Experience in program coordination and administrative work.

• 2 years of administrative experience.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the Pharma/Biotech/Clinical Research industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
